My wife and I bought our wedding rings (bands) here. It was such a good experience. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. The fact that everything in the store on display is crystals and not really diamond is brilliant because you are able to walk through the whole store trying anything on at your leisure, we felt very comfortable and could take our time. The purchase process was very smooth and our rings arrived within the estimated time frame. On the surface Spence’s pricing is slightly higher than other shops, however Spence has very simple pricing with no nonsense, the rings include a resize and warranty. Other shops had complicated add-on packages and extra fees which I don’t like dealing with. Spence was also pleasant to deal with to coordinate someone else picking up the rings for us. Spence made everything smooth from walking in for the first time all the way to receiving our rings. It’s like a spa experience. I would recommend 11/10.
Went online to see if I can find a perfect ring to gift my wife with and I ended up at Spence store.. Called the store and was introduced to Jordan.. Jordan has been awesome from the get go!! From explaining to showing me the options and he answered every questions I had.. Even after hours Jordan was the MVP going above and beyond to make sure my wife's surprised remained a surprised while presenting me the options.. He's even more awesome meeting him in person! What a delightful human being and already recommend him to one of my friends for when he "pop" the question to his gf.. Will definitely come back and buy some more in the future!! Thanks Jordan!! Our experience at Spence was great! The associate helped us find a style that suited both of us and explained the diamond quality and pricing very thoroughly. We had an issue with the men’s cobalt ring after, and they quickly remedied the situation with greet customer service. They have tons of styles and cuts to choose from and I love that you can try them all on with the prototypes. I’d highly recommend Spence to anyone engagement/wedding ring shopping!
Great shopping experience at Spence Diamonds! Loved how the displays were just prototypes that customers could try without assistance. Speaking of which, sales people were fantastic. No pressuring, just helpful. Our sales associate, Lana, was wonderful to work with. She brought over samples based on what my preferences were and offered suggestions to help me make my choice while still staying within our budget range. I found Lana to be personable and knowledgeable-really enjoyed working with her. Between the high quality of the products and wonderful customer service, I would recommend Spence Diamonds to friends and family.

I spent $800+ on my wedding band and have been told that because I waiting for more than 30 days to bring it in to be re-sized, I now have to spend an additional $150 because they are theives. We had the exact same issue with our engagement ring as well. Literally go ANYWHERE else.
Beatriz is greeted us when we came in, offered invaluable advice and helped us find the perfect ring. She was so positive and helpful and if we needed to go back, we absolutely would just to work with her again. The store was clean, orderly, and she made us feel important while also giving us enough time and space to make a decision. Thank you so much for your help!!
Absolutely an amazing experience with Jordan! He is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My husband upgraded my ring but I loved the design of it and Jordan found 1 almost identical, we will only be going to spence and we won't be dealing with any one else.
